At NUMI KOREA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
